Brewery Pivovarna Lasko to Become Owner of Split Brewery

Ljubljana, 13 July - One of the two biggest Slovene breweries Pivovarna Lasko will become the owner of the brewery in Split, Croatia. This follows intensive attempts for a take over of this Croatian brewery. The STA was informed by a Pivovarna Lasko representative that the finalised agreement on the purchase would be completed during this month.
