Ljubljana Bicycle Network Against Car Traffic in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 13 July - Seventeen founding members have established the Ljubljana Bicycle Network, a society which encourages bicycle riding and sustainable forms of transport. The society's aim is to bring together bicyclists and other Ljubljana citizens who believe that traffic in the Slovene capital city is unbearable and is moving in the wrong direction. This is the second such society established in Slovenia, the first being established in Slovenia's second largest city of Maribor.
