A Piran Court Passes an Historic Decision as it Returns a Property to an Italian

Ljubljana, 14 July - A court in the coastal town of Piran has recently recognised an Italian citizen as the owner of a property nationalised in 1973. A Piran attorney said that the rule proved that "the situation is changing in Slovenia too" and that the respect of European laws was the only way for the country to join the EU.
