Slovene and Croatian Interior Ministers Pleased Over Good Co-operation

Opatija, 14 July - Slovene Minister of Internal Affairs Peter Jambrek on Friday held his first meeting with his Croatian counterpart Sime Lucin and officials of the Croatian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Opatija, Croatia. The two delegations - the Slovene one included chief of the Slovene police Marko Pogorevec and State Secretary to the Interior Ministry Vinko Gorenak, discussed bilateral co-operation and the activities of the police in both countries during the tourist season. The meeting offered an opportunity to touch on co-operation in fighting illegal migration and the protection of the Slovene-Croatian state border.
