HIT Casinos See Fewer Guests in 1999

Ljubljana, 19 July - The joint-stock company HIT from Nova Gorica, western Slovenia, recorded SIT 32.8 billion (over 162 million euros) of incomes in 1999, which was 0.8 percent more than the year before. The company's gross profit totalled SIT 829 million (over 4.1 million euros), it was revealed at Wednesday's press conference by the leadership of HIT. The leadership also expressed that the results for 1999 were satisfactory given changes experienced in the year and despite the drop in the number of visitors.
