Two New Centres for Drug Addicts to Open in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 20 July - Two new centres for the treatment of drug addicts will open in Slovenia, one on Thursday afternoon and the other on Sunday. The centres are sponsored by Don Pierino Gelmini, the founder of what are called the Meeting Community centres. Don Pierino, who is on a visit to Slovenia to attend the openings, was decorated today for his work with young addicts and for his contribution to dealing with drug-addiction in Slovenia by President of Slovenia Milan Kucan.
