Delo: Seismograph of European Differences

Ljubljana, 21 July - Security problems are different now from what they were in the balance of fear 25 years ago, when the Helsinki Final Act had been signed at the Conference on Security and Co-operation. They are more "local", but no less European in terms of contents, the Slovene daily Delo on Friday comments on the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki Final Act.
