Ljubljana, 22 July - The Slovene Davis Cup team lost the doubles rubber in the second round Euro-African Group Davis Cup tie against Poland, giving the lead to the Polish by 2:1. Marcin Matkowski and Krzysztof Kwinta defeated Marko Tkalec and Andrej Tkalec with 6:4, 6:4 and 7:6 to give the Pols the lead.
