FM Peterle Greets Slovene Marathon Swimmer in Croatia's Vukovar

Vukovar, 23 July - Slovene marathon swimmer Martin Strel, who has recently embarked upon a swim from the source to the outfall of the river of Danube, reached Vukovar, a Croatian city bordering Yugoslavia, on Sunday. Strel was greeted there by Slovene Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle, under whose auspices this record-breaking attempt unfolds, and Education and Sports Ministry State Secretary Aleks Leo Vest.
