Public Administration Should Not Be Influenced by Daily Politics, Says Bucar

Ljubljana, 24 July - A bill on government drafted by the Strategic Council for the Public Administration Reform was presented at the Interior Ministry on Monday. The act is the first and inevitable step towards a reform which will emphasise that highly-qualified administration is vital for the operation of a modern state, explained France Bucar, who presides over the Council.
