Petrol Shareholders to Receive SIT 400 per Share

Ljubljana, 25 July - Shareholders of Slovenia's largest petrol company Petrol confirmed all the proposed points on the agenda of Tuesday's annual general meeting. The shareholders decided that the 1999 profit of SIT 219.2 million (1.07 million euros) remain undistributed, while the undistributed profit for 1998 (which amounted to SIT 1.86 billion or 9 million euros) be used to pay out dividends. Shareholders will thus receive SIT 400 (ca. 2 euros) per share.
