While LDS Would Like to Have Elections in Early October, SNS Favours late November

Ljubljana, 26 July - Wednesday's consultations with President Milan Kucan on possible dates on which this year's general elections could be called and held were attended also by the leaders of the opposition parties. While the LDS, the ZLSD and the DeSUS maintain that elections should be held as soon as possible, the SNS believes that the end of November would be the most suitable time for going to the polls.
