Krka Shareholders to Receive SIT 550 per Share

Ljubljana, 27 July - The shareholders of Novo Mesto-based pharmaceutical giant Krka passed a proposal on the distribution of last year's profit which amounted to SIT 4.5 billion (21.73 million euros) at Thursday's annual general meeting. The shareholders decided that a part of last year's profit will be intended for dividends, while the rest will remain undistributed. Shareholders of Krka will thus receive dividends to the value of SIT 550 (2.65 euros) per share.
