Government Prepares Legislation for Co-operation with International War Crimes Tribunal

Ljubljana, 27 July - GOVERNMENT/JUDICIARY
The Slovene government on Thursday prepared legislation on co-operation between Slovenia and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, which is needed because the Slovene legislation does not allow for full co-operation between Slovenia and the tribunal, which handles the worst cases of war crimes and the breach of international law, said Justice Minister Barbara Brezigar.
