Slovene Share Index Increases by 0.55 Percent Last Week

Ljubljana, 29 July - The past week at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) saw 6,427 deals amounting to SIT 5,66 billion (27.4 million euros). The Slovene Share Index, SBI 20, gained 0.55 percent during the week and closed at 1677.43 points on Friday. The authorised investment companies' index, PIX, lost 0.13 percent and finished the week at 1241.27, while the free market index, IPT, lost 0.28 percent to close the week at 988.82 points.
