Absence of Regional Structures a Major Obstacle for Successfull Cross-Border Co-operation

Bled, 12 September - The scarcity of regional structures in Slovenia is one of the major obstacles for a more successful cross-border co-operation with Italy, Austria, and Hungary within the PHARE programme, it was determined on Tuesday by the participants of a conference on Slovene border regions organised by Agency for Regional Development and Association of European Border Regions at Lake Bled (northwestern Slovenia).
