Ljubljana, 18 September - Robert S. Kaplan, the world's leading management authority, is on visit to Slovenia upon the invitation of Gospodarski vestnik publishing house and company Aktiva Group. The method of measuring business excellence called Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is Kaplan's brainchild. This has been one of the most influential business ideas for the past 75 years.
