Plaque to Father of Slovene Literature Unveiled in Germany

Stuttgart, 22 September - To mark the 450th anniversary of the first Slovene book, a plaque to the man who wrote the book and is known as the father of Slovene literature was unveiled in the German city of Rothenburg on Friday. Primoz Trubar (1508-1586) was a Protestant priest who had to flee Slovenia in 1547 because of his Reformist ideas.
