Slovene MP Attends Public Debate on EU Enlargement and the Environment

Berlin, 26 September - A lawmaker of the opposition United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD) Aurelio Juri presented, in the name of the parliamentary committee for infrastructure and the environment, Slovenia's environmental protection programme during a public debate focusing on EU enlargement to the East and the environment. The meeting, which took place on Monday in Berlin, was organised by the German parliamentary committe for the environment, environmental protection and safety of nuclear reactors and was attended by parliamentary representatives from five candidate countries in the first round of EU enlargement.
