Busek: Rupel's Statement in Concern to the Petition on Avnoj Does not Benefit Slovenia

Ljubljana, 2 December - Slovenia should listen to the views of the Austrian federal government in concern to the petition in which an Austrian human rights group called for abolition of Avnoj decisions and Benes decrees. Austria's constitution stipulates clearly that it is the federal government which is responsible for foreign affairs, the Austrian government representative for EU enlargement said in a statement published by Delo on Saturday.
