International Warrant Issued Against Slovene Heroin Lord

Ljubljana, 5 December - An international warrant has been issued by an investigating magistrate against the alleged leader of what has been called the Gorenjsko heroin cartel, Andrej Hartman, after he had fled house arrest on 2 December. Hartman was confined to house arrest at the end of last year.
