Parliament Denounces Attack on Journalist

Ljubljana, 1 March - Slovenia's parliament on Thursday denounced the attack on the journalist of Slovenia's daily Vecer Miro Petek, if this was indeed linked to his work. Even if the journalist's writting is unpleasant for some individuals, the public has the right to full coverage, that is why lawmakers denounced this attack and will continue to denounce any form of pressure against journalists and the freedom of press, it was reported from parliament.
