Ljubljana, 10 March - The liberalisation of the telecommunications market is resulting in some unpleasant side effects. These will mainly be felt by the subscribers to telephone services in Slovenia, who are still expecting to pay lower rates. Firstly they will receive higher bills in April and June (due to the recent government decision to raise prices for telecommunications services). However, the national telecommunications operator warns that even with such prices it will find it hard to make profits.
