Slovenia Expects to Close Four Chapters in New Round of Negotiations
Ljubljana, 28 March - Slovenia expects to close four chapters in the new round of EU accession negotiations starting on Thursday. The number of closed chapters would thus rise to 18 out of a total of 29 negotiating chapters. "After this round of negotiations, Slovenia will be among countries with the highest number of closed chapters, as well as with transitional period in six areas - most of any EU candidate country," Slovene head negotiator Janez Potocnik told STA before heading to Brussels.
