Maribor, 31 March - There are fewer and fewer obstacles on Slovenia's path to Europe and Europe has made its mark in Slovenia more than ever. The barriers separating Slovenia and the EU are being knocked down. Clearly the recent statements of the Belgian State Secretary for European Affairs declaring that Slovenia has managed to progress from a promising candidate to a certain EU member, is not only polite talk, writes the daily Vecer on Saturday.
