Police and the Romany Agree to Upgrade Co-operation

Murska Sobota, 4 April - POLICE/MINORITY
Representatives of the Slovene police and the Romany community have agreed to upgrade co-operation, and to have a representative of the Romany Association taking part in the procedures when a Romany has complained against police treatment. The move comes after some international organisations have reproached the Slovene police of being biased when dealing with the Romany, violating their human rights.
