Slovene Casino Chain Hit Better 2000 Business Results than anticipated

Nova Gorica, 4 April - Slovene chain of hotels and casinos Hit had a total income of SIT 30 billion (139.3 million euros) in 2000, while its overall expenses amounted to SIT 29 billion (134.6 million euros) according to unaudited data. The company thus made a gross profit at SIT 925 million (4.2 million euros) and a net profit of SIT 817 million (3.7 million euros) in 2000, the Hit management told a press conference on Wednesday.
