Two-Day Meeting of Slovene Managers Kicks Off in Portoroz

Portorož, 5 April - At the opening of a two-day meeting of Slovene managers, a Maribor-based bank was awarded the prize for the most women-friendly Slovene company. Probanka won the award for having many women on the team, many of whom hold managerial posts. Pavel Demsar, general manager of the Zelezniki-based Domel, became the 2001 Young Businessman. This traditional meeting of Slovene managers is organised by the Manager Association.
