Lawsuit Filed against Slovene Government at European Court of Human Rights

A trade union of police workers from the Podravje region, northern Slovenia, filed a lawsuit against the state of Slovenia at the European Human Rights Court in Strasbourg on Thursday after the Slovene government has failed to compensate for the unpaid wages with privatisation vouchers to employees in public institutions, state and other organisations which are mostly financed from the state budget.
