Ljubljana, 6 April - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel met with Colorado Governor William F. Owens, who is on a two-day visit to Slovenia on Friday in a bid to discuss Slovenia's accession to NATO and the strengthening of friendly ties with the United States, reported the Slovene Foreign Ministry.
