The Bull Strikes Back at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange

Ljubljana, 7 April - Despite low trade volumes the benchmark index at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), SBI 20, had a strong week, gaining 24.49 points (1.42 percent) to close Friday's trading at 1753.17 points. The authorised investment companies index, PIX, gained even more, finishing the week at 1492.96, up 32.15 points (2.2 percent) from the previous week. The free market index, IPT, defied the growing trend and finished the week down 24.82 points (1.68 percent) at 1450.2 points.
