Maribor, 10 April - According to a very optimistic scenario, negotiators on the succession to former Yugoslavia will have reached an agreemnet by the end of this week's talks in Brussels, thus leaving only final adjustments to the future, the Maribor-based daily Vecer writes on Tuesday.
