Government Discusses Report on the Implementation of the Act Establishing Reciprocity

Ljubljana, 12 April - Reviewing the second report on the implementation of the act establishing reciprocity, the cabinet on Thursday assessed that there are no problems in transferring ownership rights on property in Slovenia to foreign citizens. The transfer has been relatively low, having no major influence on increased demand for property or on higher property prices. The government also assessed that the procedures which establish the reciprocity are carried out within reasonable time limits.
