Thermoelectric Power Plant in Sostanj to Reduce Sulphur Emissions by 95 Percent

Šoštanj, 17 April - Block five of the thermoelectric power station Sostanj in eastern Slovenia, which this year celebrates the 45th anniversary of operation, is about to cut its emission of sulphur oxide by 95 percent, as a desulphurisation purifying plant officially started operating on Tuesday.
