The Economic and Social Council Does Not Oppose the Closure of SRD

Ljubljana, 18 April - The Economic and Social Council (ESS), which comprises of government officials, representatives of employers and trade unions, on Wednesday took a look at the consequences of the transformation of the Slovene Development Corporation (SRD). The social partners established that there is no opposition to the SRD transformation, while it has been stressed that a thorough analysis of all consequences, social and financial, should be made and special attention should be paid to the preservation of jobs.
