Delo Comments on the Future of the European Community

Ljubljana, 19 April - A day after the establishment of the European Coal and Steel Community, the predecessor of the Delo newspaper published an article on the front page, announcing that the process of European unification had begun. The short, dull message was put in the lower corner of the page by the editors since they wanted to leave space for the "real" events of the day, explains the daily Delo on the day, 50 years later.
