Slovene Criminal to Be Extradited to Italy by Croatia

Varaždin, 3 May - A 30-year old Slovene citizen Simon Eberl, who has been held in prison in Varazdin, Croatia, is to be extradited to Italy by Croatia, was the decision of Croatia's Justice Minister Stjepan Ivanisevic, according to Croatian daily Vecernji list. Eberl's appeal of the extradition had been dismissed by the Croatian Supreme Court prior to the Minister's decision.
