Ljubljana, 6 May - For the sixth time in 2001, prices of motor fuel went up by 3.5 percent in the past week. Amendments to the act on the organisation of ministries also took effect on Monday, whereby energy and mining have been assigned under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning. At Thursday's regular session the government adopted amendments to the decree on the entrance of dangerous substances and plant nutrients to the ground. Telekom Slovenije, Slovenia's national fixed telecommunications operator, appealed the decision of the Ministry of the Information Society, according to which Telekom has to reach a price agreement with Incotel, a company providing market telecommunications services through the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
