Number of Visitors in Slovene Spas Increases in First Quarter

Ljubljana, 7 May - Slovene spas recorded a total of 145,328 visitors from January through April, an increase of 12.1 percent compared to the same period in 2000. The number of domestic guests totalled 88,615, an increase of five percent, while the number of foreign guests amounted to 56,713, which is an increase of 25 percent over the same period last year, with most foreign guests coming from Austria, Germany, Italy and Croatia.
