Petrol Group Increases Revenues, Profits Drop

Ljubljana, 8 May - The Petrol Business Group, a Slovene petrol producer and retailer, generated SIT 264.5 billion (EUR 1.224 billion) worth of sales revenues in 2000, up 57 percent over 1999, with net profits dropping by 38 percent to SIT 645.7 million (EUR 3 million), according to consolidated results, the company reported on Tuesday.
