Austrian Government Approves Constitutional Court Ruling about Minority Education

Vienna/Klagenfurt, 8 May - MINORITY/AUSTRIA
The Austrian government on Tuesday took a decision that a Constitutional Court ruling dating from March 2000 should be implemented. The court ruled that Slovene-German classes should spread from the first three grades of primary school to the fourth grade in the areas populated by the Slovene minority in the Austrian province of Carinthia.
