Gov't Appeals Supreme Court Ruling

Ljubljana, 10 May - The government lodged an appeal against a Supreme Court ruling that the government's dismissal of the former director of Slovenia's Electricity Distributor (ELES) Vitoslav Tuerk is null and void. Minister for the Environment and Spatial Planning Janez Kopac explained that the appeal states that the government's decision to dismiss Tuerk is in harmony with the act on public companies.
