SRD Announces Privatisation of Three Companies

Ljubljana, 11 May - The Slovene Development Corporation (SRD) announced its decision on Friday on the sale of SRD's shares in three Slovene companies. Thus 81.06 percent of shares in Papirnica Goricane, a pulp and paper mill, are to be sold, as well as a 30.32-percent share of Iskra stikalni elementi, a manufacturer of electric components, and 7.58 percent of shares of the aluminium producer Talum.
