Stability Pact First Working Table Begins Session in Portoroz

Portorož, 14 May - There is no need for a Balkan peace conference, as only a better economic situation and investments can solve the crisis and establish good relations between the ethnic communities in the region, ensuring permanent peace and stability in the Balkans, said Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in an opening address to the fourth session of the Stability Pact for Southeastern Europe First Working Table on Democratisation and Human Rights in Portoroz on Monday.
