Slovenia's Gorenje Accumulates Profit of 12.5 Million Euros in 2000

Velenje, 15 May - Slovene home appliance manufacturer, the Velenje-based Gorenje Group, consolidated sales revenues at SIT 123.4 billion (571.5 million euros) in 2000, which is up 18.4 percent over 1999. The group's net profit amounted to SIT 2.7 billion (12.5 million euros) in 2000, up nine percent over 1999, member of the board Marija Miheljak told a press conference on Tuesday.
