Ljubljana, 20 May - Making headlines in business news this week was the Constitutional Court's decision to annul the act on the privatisation of insurance companies. The bill will thus have to be written once again. Another government project to have run into trouble this week was the call for tenders for UMTS licenses. Only one bid was received for 3-G licenses, meaning that the call for tenders will have to be repeated. On a more positive note, Slovenia and Hungary finally got a railway line connecting the two neighbouring countries. The 43.5 km stretch of railway was opened on Wednesday.
