Free Movement of Labour Could Be Solved on Bilateral Level in Slovenia's Case, Says Austria

Vienna, 22 May - Slovenia's head negotiator with the EU Janez Potocnik met with the head of the European Affairs Sector at the Austrian Foreign Ministry Eva Nowotny in Vienna on Tuesday to discuss the course of the negotiation process by the end of this year. Talks were very positive and friendly, Potocnik said, as both sides have established that their standpoints only differ as regards the free movement of labour from future member states, which could however in Austria's opinion be solved on a bilateral level in the case of Slovenia, according to Potocnik.
