Spain Advocates EU Enlargement, Says Aznar

Ljubljana, 23 May - Spain advocates EU enlargement and wishes that Slovenia joins the Union as soon as possible, said Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar at a news conference, ending his visit to Slovenia on Wednesday. Aznar and his host, Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek agreed that political relations between the two countries are good, while economic co-operation is developing as well. Ljubljana and Madrid share a number of common interest, agreed the two officials.
