Delo: "Freedom" for Southern Serbia

Ljubljana, 25 May - Named the united security forces, Yugoslavia's armed forces are returning to a five-kilometre zone between Kosovo and Serbia nearly two years after the FRY, or its armed forces and NATO reached an agreement which enabled Kosovo to enter a peace process. But if the international community had used the military and civil administrations in line with the UN Security Council resolution no. 1244 in a bid to protect peace and sovereignty of the FRY, the Kosovo Liberation Army would not have appeared in the south of Serbia or Macedonia under various names, the daily Delo writes on Friday.
