Bush-Putin Summit Is Acknowledgement of Slovenia's Success, Says Kacin

Ljubljana, 26 May - "One of the reasons why Ljubljana has been chosen to host the U.S.-Russia summit is that Slovenia's political leaders are successful; the selection of Slovenia's capital also proves that our political orientation has the support of both Russia and the U.S. and that Slovenia is an economically successful country," Jelko Kacin, an MP of the senior coalition Liberal Democrats and the head of the parliamentary foreign affairs committee said in an interview published in Saturday's issue of Slovene daily Dnevnik.
